Community Services Worker Diploma - Offered at Toronto Campus and online 

Community Services Workers may interview, counsel, and assist clients to deal with personal and social problems. They may also organize and implement a variety of community programs and services. Individuals in this role may be responsible for preparing intake reports, referring clients to other social services, admitting clients to appropriate programs, and meeting with clients to evaluate treatments/plans and progress.

This program provides students with the necessary knowledge and practical skills to provide many types of assistance to people in the community. Areas of study include addictions, psychology, sociology, mental health, Canadian family dynamic, professional skills, counselling and interviewing techniques, business communications and report writing.

The Toronto campus diploma program is eligible for OSAP assistance for those who qualify. The online diploma program is not eligible however we do offer financing and scholarships. 

Program length: 12 months (20 hours/week) includes 8 week internship

Kompass - Community Mental Health Online Certificate

Entrance Requirement: Post-secondary education (degree or diploma) or related experience required.

The Community Mental Health online certificate program will assist students in further understanding youth addictions and mental health, mental health, culture and modern society, concurrent personality and impulse control disorders, mood disorders and depression, and psychotic and dissociative disorders,

This certificate is delivered fully online so that you can complete assignments when it’s most convenient for you, all while receiving support from a dedicated instructor and interacting with classmates. 

Tuition: $2,295 (+ $200 reg.fee) 

We offer a payment plan for tuition of three equal payments of $765 at week 3, week 6, and week 9. OSAP is not available for this program.
