You may cancel your registration at any time prior to the start of classes without penalty. A portion of the application fee ($50) is non-refundable after completing registration documents. If a notice of cancellation is sent to Kompass within seven days of signing your registration documents, $150 of the application fees can be refunded.
Students may move their class start date once at no additional charge. If you need to move start dates again, a $200 registration fee will be charged each additional time.
Cancellation once you start a certificate: If you cancel in writing before you attend the second week, all monies paid except the application fee will be refunded. For an online program, logging into the class is considered attending. If you cancel at any time after the second week of class, you will be responsible for the tuition fees from the start of classes to the date of notice of cancellation.
Cancellation once you start an individual class: If you cancel an individual class prior to the start date, all monies will be refunded. If you cancel at any time after the start date of the class, you will be responsible for the tuition fees from the start of classes to the date of notice of cancellation.
Course material: Course material will be made available to students for six months after they complete a certificate.
Instructor-Supported stipulations: Students must pay in full for an Instructor-Supported certificate prior to the final two classes in their certificate being released.
