Marlene is a licensed paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario. Marlene received her certification as a Paralegal from O’Sullivan College (Montreal) and also has a Baccalaureate Social Science (Concentration-Sociology) from the University of Ottawa. Marlene has her own practice representing clients mainly in the areas of Landlord and Tenant Law, CPP Benefits and Small Claims. Marlene Legault has over 15-years’ experience as a paralegal in various areas of the legal field including as a litigation paralegal conducting client interviews for hearings, case management, filing and servicing of documents, conducting legal research behalf of the client representing them before the various boards, tribunals and courts. Marlene is committed to professionalism and integrity in her dealings with students and clients alike. Her goal in teaching in the paralegal program is to ensure the quality of legal services offered to clients.
