Real Estate Agent and Mortgage Broker Training in Montreal
Brokers, agents and salespersons act as an intermediary in the sale or purchase of houses, apartments, commercial buildings, land and other real estate. Whether you’re looking for your first home, trying to sell the home you’re in, negotiating a better rate on your mortgage, or just wisely investing in properties, the market is an incredibly interesting place to be right now, and it needs savvy people with the knowledge to analyze trends and negotiate deals at a complex level.
This program prepares students with the necessary fundamental concepts and knowledge about the real-estate and mortgage industries to write a licensing exam with the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immoblier du Québec (OACIQ). Areas of study include financial accounting, computerized tools, risk analysis, salesperson training, deal brokering and building inspection.
Program length: 16 months (25 hours/week, M-F) includes 8 week internship
