In this module, participants will take a high-level look at the different components that make a project deliverable successful. Most project scope creep is because the client’s expectations were not gathered effectively or clearly enough. Communication with the client throughout the project is key to success. Ensuring that the requirements are well defined and signed off by the client and that due processes are in place for managing further changes and project risks (internal and external to the project) will be discussed. Participants will also examine the areas of quality assurance and testing (baseline acceptance, root cause analysis, re-engineering, etc.) and client acceptance and handoff as part of this module. Finally, participants will have the opportunity to have discussions around project reflection, lessons learned, and key takeaways.
