Systems Technical Support Analyst
Systems Technical Support Analysts analyze and optimize technical processes for their organization. Individuals in this role typically troubleshoot and provide IT support, install and maintain software,and manage inventory systems. This career path is ideal for those who are beginners in the industry as well as those who are currently working in the industry to shape their careers.
This program has an integrated approach to technical processes and customer service. Areas of study include; client and network operating systems, installation/management of software and system hardware, managing/installing active directories, communication, listening, and business writing skills. Students that successfully complete this program are prepared to attain the following industry recognized certifications.
- CompTIA A+ Certification (Includes one-time fee voucher for first exam)
- MTIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foundation Certification – Preparation
- CompTIA Cloud Essentials – Preparation
Program Length: 7.5 months (20 hours/week, M-TH) Includes 4 week internship
