Message from the Academic Dean

We at Herzing place a very high priority in selecting instructors who have professional experience in the field so that our instructors teach what is actually happening in the industry and not just what is written in textbooks. This background of experience allows our faculty to address the most common stumbling blocks to success those first entering the field are susceptible to. Many of them continue to work as consultants to keep these skills up-to-date and all are encouraged to maintain and update their professional accreditations.

We also place a great deal of emphasis on the ability to teach. We are all committed to constant upgrade of our skills in the classroom, developing techniques to address the wide array of learning strategies to ensure we are reaching all of our students. We hold regular sessions where we learn and discuss new techniques for delivering material and helping our students develop essential skills.

I am very proud to work with professionals of this calibre and am certain that all students will find them to be very knowledgeable, compassionate, and helpful.
