Our graduates’ positive experiences at Herzing College and their high employment success rate have been instrumental in maintaining our reputation with industry and future students.

Immediate employability: Our campus works closely with top local and regional employers to ensure that Herzing programs encompass the skills and knowledge needed for our students to succeed at the next level. Our career development department provides students with the training and employment resources they need to successfully find employment.

Convenient scheduling: Our students are our top priority, and every decision we make stems from that commitment. We offer day, part-day and evening classes to allow our students the flexibility to reach their higher education goals.

Message from the campus President

2012 was an exciting year for Herzing College. For the third consecutive year we received the Advancing Marketplace Trust Award, presented by the Better Business Bureau. This award was presented to us for practicing extremely high ethical standards and is the single most prestigious honour the Better Business Bureau can bestow on the Manitoba business community.

In 2012, we completed three separate surveys of approximately 400 Herzing students. The last question on each survey was, “Would you refer a friend to Herzing College?” More than 97 out of every 100 students said yes.

I am very proud of our most recent survey, completed in January 2013, in which 99% of students responded that they would recommend Herzing to a friend.

The high percentage tell us that Herzing College is indeed delivering excellent comprehensive education, and that students see tremendous value in what they experience. After all, when a friend recommends something, he or she is saying it is valuable.

Students are the reason we exist, but the reason we continue to grow is because of our dedicated staff and faculty. We have extremely low employee turnover because we only hire people who believe in what we do. We appreciate the opportunity each of us has to positively impact the lives of our students and their families.

The management team of Andrew Malazdrewicz (Direction of Admissions), Robin Day (Academic Dean), Susan Pylatuk (Financial Services Director), Lynda Will, (Career Development Director), Marianne D’Elia (Office Manager) and I, have a combined Herzing experience total of over 125 years. As managers we convey to the people in our department why we do what we do. I believe in our managers, our staff, our faculty and our students.
