Mechanical Engineering Design Training in Toronto
Drafters use software to convert the designs of architects and engineers into technical drawings and plans. Modernization and streamlining of design methods require a proficiency in Computer Aided Design (CAD) software. Graduates of this program will become proficient in using Computer Aided Design application packages.

This program will enhance or complement students’ designing and/or drafting skills, through the application of advanced CAD functions and features, including 3D design and project management software. Areas of study include design fundamentals and blueprints, computer graphics, AutoCAD 2-D and 3-D, drawing techniques and parts and assembly modeling.
Program length: 10 months (25 hours/week, M-F)
