Our Career Development department works closely with our employer partners to assist them with their organizations human resource needs, and to ensure that our programs meet the needs of the industries they represent.

Many of our programs offer a practicum component that allows students to receive real life training and gain experience from an organization in an industry related to their training. The Career Development department has a database of students from a variety of programs that are currently seeking employment, and they will work to connect your company with qualified candidates. Herzing College provides a Quality Assurance Guarantee for all of graduates which enables them to retake any course that is offered in the student’s completed curriculum that they have completed within the last 12 months, without tuition cost to the student or the employer. Industry Relevant Opportunities
We rely on our partner organizations to keep us informed of industry trends and maintain relevant program content. We also offer partner organizations the opportunity to participate in regular advisory board meetings to discuss program content and course learning objectives. We welcome the opportunity for our students to visit an organization related to their program, or hear from a relevant guest speaker. If you would like to discuss a guest speaking, tour or advisory board opportunity please contact our career development department.
Internship Expense Assistance Program (I.E.A.P)
Eligible students that enroll in a participating program will receive weekly expense assistance while on internship. Herzing College is committed to student success and our internship expense allowance program is just one way that we can support our students in reaching their educational goals. The Herzing Educational Assistance Program (H.E.A.P.) has been developed to help organizations improve the skill level of their workforce, create a culture of engagement by supporting employee professional growth initiatives, and offer an educational benefit to employees and families of participating employers.
