Message from the Academic Dean

My name is James Cameron and I am the dean at Ottawa`s campus of Herzing College. My door is always open to you, the students, and my goal is to make your experience at Herzing the best choice you have made towards your future.

I have over seven years of professional experience in the field of education. I started out as an instructor and worked my way through the many facets of an educational institution leading to this office. I have spent more than 5 years in front of classes of all ages and varied backgrounds. I have developed and lead communication and business practice workshops to professionals overseas. In Taiwan, I developed curricula for English schools and worked with a small team to start up a successful private school. I then managed the educational department for 3 years. Upon returning to Canada I worked in special events planning before joining the Herzing Ottawa Team.
